Rodenbach Evolved St Georges

The brewing team was inspired for the 'Rodenbach Evolved St Georges' by the iconic beer "St Georges", which was brewed at Rodenbach until the late 1970s. For this brew they chose traditional ingredients from wheat beer, saison and lambic. The fermentation was done with their own unique Rodenbach yeast culture. After fermentation, the beer matured for two years in the carefully selected wooden barrel, known as foeder “93”.

The result is a light, fruity pale ale with an alcohol content of 6.5% and a subtle sourness, perfect for quenching your thirst. The scent features notes of apple and peach, supplemented with unique hints of Brett and a touch of leather, which adds extra complexity to the whole.
