Redwillow Saison Cider Apple

Two years ago we started filling wine barrels with a mixed fermentation Saison. This release is a blend of a 2 year old white Burgundy barrel, fresh Saison and cider made with apples from local orchards. Light and refreshing with a slightly tart finish and a hint of oak.
