RedWillow Foeder Lager V2

The second of our Foeder Lager releases. This time we added a little spelt to the mix and undertook primary fermentation in the Foeder which is continuing to develop its biome with a subtle Brett character now coming through in this crisp complex and ever so slightly tart lager.
