RedWillow Hersbrucker Pilsner

Inspired by the Oktoberfest event at our bar we wanted to brew a un-filtered pure flavourful craft lager. Using German Hersbrucker hops, pilsner malt and yeast. This beer has a lovely balance of bitter and sweet with a long soft toasty finish.
