Reckendorfer Schlössla

Our specialty from the castle brewery.

Schlössla is a typical Franconian March beer with 13.2% original wort. 5 different types of malt give the "Schlössla" the red-gold color and the velvety body with soft caramel notes.

The in-house, bottom-fermenting yeast ensures a particularly soft mouthfeel over several weeks of maturing.

The hop varieties Merkur, Perle and Select ensure a mild bitterness and support the malaromatic character of this specialty.
