This collaboration with Gravity Well Brewing started out as something altogether different, but as we learn to love in brewing, sometimes you have to make tweaks at the last minute to make the best of the ingredients you’re working with.  Hopped with Gravity Well’s favourite combo of Citra & Enigma, Last Minute Switch is creamy, tropical and an absolute delight to drink.
