Bretted Amber Ale aged in Calvados and Cognac Barrels. A wheat heavy malt bill, primarily cold fermented with lager yeast, then aged in second fill Cognac and Calvados barrels with Brett. Deep funk and wood with a background of powerful spirit and fruit.
