Barrel-aged Imperial Russian Stout Blackcurrant Liqueur. This is one of six releases of barrel-aged Imperial Stout. One brew, split into six different casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a blackcurrant liqueur barrel imparting sweet sticky fruit with a touch of acidity. This will develop over time but this is excellent to drink right now.
