Pomona Island Coral & Tar

One Barley Wine, split between three barrels to age and evolve. This expression has developed in a 5 year Fino Cask. The sherry was dry and almondy, with an elegant acidity that presents beautifully in this beer. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it’s a delicious beer to enjoy now.
