This IPA is slightly weaker in strength than Polly's usual 6%+ fare but retains incredible flavour profile, body, and mouthfeel. The Altar Supreme is their take on classic IPAs, but supercharged with 30kg of El Dorado and Vic Secret for some new school notes. A beer that brings juicy, candied orange, stone fruit and mango notes to the party, backed up with a delicious resinous bitterness for complete balance.
