Polly's Deep Fake

Our TIPA game feels like it’s been a little bit neglected since the turn of the year. Getting lost in the hype of our birthday release, this maxed out, amped up style is something we feel we’ve been gradually developing alongside our DIPAs as one of our strongest outputs. After completing the original Augment trio and the staff favourites for our DDH series, we’re now comfortable enough to let our TIPAs head out on their own without the rub of a previous beers reputation to carry it. Deep Fake is a mega charged, all-in tribute to our favourite hop varietal here at Polly’s HQ – Simcoe. With an insane 28g/L thrown in during fermentation, expect apricot, passionfruit and berry notes a-plenty, backed up with pithy bitterness on the finish. Insane.
