Polly's Wilder Side

Dial M for Magnificent. As the festive season rapidly approaches here at Polly’s, so too does the concept of festive pints. As the most wonderful time of the year, we wanted to celebrate in earnest with a positively mouth-watering pale ale perfect for sharing good times with pals home for the holidays. An alliterative two hop combo of Mosaic and Motueka make up the merriness here in Wilder Side. With a hench 20kg of possibly our most favourite stateside slammer offset against a smaller 10kg addition of what we feel is a sorely underrated varietal from down under, this pale is utterly bursting with ripe tangerines, candied oranges, lively lemon and lime notes, before a whisper of bubblegum sweetness rounds things off. It certainly is the most wonderful time of the year.
