Polly's Tropical by Nature

It may be just us, but we're definitely on board with 2021 being the year of the Black IPA resurgence. Beer's favourite oxymoron next to White Stout, after bringing the Pina colada party to the style with the New Tropical Reflex earlier in the year, we've gone one step further with its sibling, Tropical by Nature. Naturally, we've gone Sabro heavy with this beer, as we feel the coconut sweetness plays off those roasty characteristics perfectly. Where do you go from there though? Pyramid dry hop is where you go! We've layered this beer with gradually smaller additions of Citra and Mosaic, resulting in your usual Polly's full-on tropical explosion of flavour haze-bomb, but presented in a dark beer.
