Polly's The Daphne Touch

Rolling with a whole host of pineapple, yuzu, and pair notes from the off, we dry-hopped this beer with a megastar hop bill of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Azacca for a full-on fruit salad of tropical notes. Finished off with a generous lashing of lactose to thicken it up just a little more, we'll be the first to say we succeeded in our mission.
