Polly's The Butterfly Effect

We're all about those big Summer vibes here at Polly's HQ. The chief himself, head brewer Lally set himself a goal of creating a sour beer without a lactic acid sour bacteria pitch, perfect for grabbing cold from the fridge on a hot summer's day. The result is The Butterfly Effect - a Sabro-hopped beer in the Berliner Weisse style, naturally soured with lime.

Going big on the wheat on the grist bill, this beer has a super crisp and clean body, with just a hint of haze to boot, but it's the flavour profile is where this beer really comes to life though - the tropical pina colada, coconut and mint notes of this incredible stateside varietal play off the dry sourness of the lime perfectly, creating a sweet and sour fiesta of flavour in what might be our most accessible sour beer yet.
