Polly's Solo Sailing

We’ll shout it again and again, in our opinion the quirk that makes a Polly’s beer a Polly’s beer is a bold confidence in using the hops that set the foundations for the modern craft beer movement to boom in the way it has, whilst simultaneously embracing our status as a modern-day juice slinger.

Solo Sailing works with this concept and employs a three-way dance of hops to represent each major wave of craft beer as its developed over its relatively short existence.
