Pastore Reincarzionne Pineapple Chardonnay

The latest in our Reincarnazione series of wild ales using spent fruit in innovative projects. This beer took the spent chardonnay skins from Tra le Viti and added halved pineapples to bring out the tropical side of the chardonnay grape.
