Pastore Amaro

A Pastore west coast IPA made with a nod to bitter Italian aperitivos, bittered with gentian root (a botanical used in vermouth) and centennial hops, then dry hopped with simcoe and centennial. Piney, resinous, dank, bitter and refreshing.
