Tart, sweet, and savoury flavours blend together in this heavily fruited pineapple sour. Initially puckering, and fresh candied pineapple flavour leads into a riper and more mellow fruitiness. Cherry wood smoked malt complements the rich pineapple flavours, adding a curious savoury depth. Brewed with our friends from London’s Hackney Church.
