Oliver's Gold Rush #11

This 11th iteration of Gold Rush 'Flaunt the Imperfection' showcases the nuances of a multi vintage barrel aged cider. The cider has been wild fermented, then expertly and carefully blended from varying vintages. The selection of oak cask types used for the fermentation and maturation including strong spirit to neutral old cider barrels.

It pours a dark bright molasses amber colour, with autumnal fruit, apple puree and barrel on the nose and a rich bittersweet ripe pomme flavour, complemented by subtle woody notes and vanilla, resulting in a very drinkable, indulgent cider, full of plush, orange citrus and tannins.
