Northern Monk OFS001

Introducing OFS001 - the first beer of our Monk's OFS series. This heavenly mango cacao sour was brewed with hundreds of kilos of Alphonso mango, and conditioned over Peruvian cacao nibs for three weeks before packaging, with Madagascan vanilla added to round out the flavours.

Heavily dry-hopped with Citra to back up the tropical fruit flavours, the first of our OFS projects is delicately soured and finished out with a touch of bitterness from the cacao to balance the juiciness, not forgetting the addition of lactose for a creamy mouthfeel...
