Our sparkling Kentish Perry is a blend of Comice, Conference and Concorde dessert pears with Bramley apples. This is a bright perry with notes of soft pear florals balanced with crisp, tangy apple. It’s beautifully fragrant with fresh acidity, lightly sweet and effervescent. It’s a wonderful substitute for a sparking wine.
