Newbarns Ziggy IPA

Ziggy has been one of our taproom regulars since opening in 2022, and before that, he would regularly check in on our progress towards opening that October.

He is a friendly and fluffy dog who can detect any type of bread product within 200 metres (as well as our dog treats at the end of the bar); he loves a good back scratch and can be regularly seen and heard at numerous Leith junctions, howling at ambulances.

This IPA has a big salad of hops in there! Chinook, Citra, Nelson, Cashmere, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. And brewed with Bere barley, of course!
