Newbarns (x Rivington) Double Away DIPA

This big but dangerously easy-drinking beer is a proper old-school West Coast DIPA, loaded with Amarillo, Centennial, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops for a punchy hit of citrus, pine, and subtle tropical fruit.

Grapefruit peel, resinous pine, ripe mango, gooseberry, and dank herbal notes, backed by a firm bitterness that keeps everything crisp and snappy rather than overly sweet. The malt base brings just enough body and subtle caramel warmth to support the hops without getting in the way.
