Newbarns (x Futtle) Seaweed Lager

A Helles-style lager brewed with our very good friends from Fife, Futtle Organic. Brewed with organic malted barley from Warminster, organic Mittelfrüh hops, and seaweed foraged by Stephen and Lucy from the East Neuk of Fife adding depth, and a slight salinity to this twist on a classic style. This one has been really hitting the spot for us. A lovely mineral-y, bitter refreshing pint.

Futtle Organic make a beautiful range of organic beers with all sorts of goodies foraged from the sea and land around the brewery. It’s possibly one of the most beautiful breweries I’ve ever been to, and they’re just incredibly lovely people. So if you’re ever in the area then I’d strongly suggest making a stop off there.
