Newbarns (x Futtle) Sea Weed Blanche

This is our Seaweed Blanche which we brewed with the wonderful Futtle from just outside St Monans over the Forth in the East Neuk of Fife.

Last year we brewed a seaweed lager with Futtle which went down an absolute treat.  So we wanted to continue playing around with seaweed and the lovely mineraly flavour it brings to the table.

This style of beer isn’t something we brew much of, but we thought this would be a perfect pairing to the seaweed… dreaming of eating lobster rolls in Maine sipping Allagash White vibes.  Heavenly!
