Newbarns Special Lager Beer

Here it is.  Our Newbarns' Special Lager Beer, brewed using 100% barley grown on Newbarns Farm and malted at Crafty Maltsters in Fife.  We'd been waiting a long time to make this beer, and now that it's here we're so, so happy with how it's turned out.

In line with our other Helles style lager beers, the aim is to just let the malt shine.  So close to no hops, enough for a little bitterness, but that's it.  Its clean, really refreshing and perfect for these warmer evenings.

This beer is unfortunately a one off, so please grab a can while you have the chance.
