Moonwake Honeyberry Sour

Blueberry, tart and currants. An exciting foray into a new fruit often described as a super blueberry. This is a sour beer brewed with the support of Scottish Honey Berry Growers. The tart sweetness of the berry is heightened with salt and coriander, while our new favourite hop Barbe Rouge amplifies the berry flavours. For this showcase of Scottish produce,e we've joined forces with Glasgow artist Sophy Louise Illustration.
