Moersleutel Barcode: Turquoise Orange

Freeze Distilled Barrel Aged Stout, non-adjuncts. The new Moersleutel barcode is finally here, now as Turquoise Orange! Starting with a 5-grain stout base that’s been freeze distilled and then aged in a unique combo of two exceptional barrels: Girvan North British Grain and Heaven Hill Bourbon. Go ahead, read that again… 

The Scotch barrels allow a bit more oxygen through the wood, softening those smoky edges and bringing out a smooth, rounded character. Meanwhile, the Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels add that classic sweet touch, with notes of caramel and oak.

The result? A complex, non-adjunct brew worthy of the Barcode name—layered with deep flavours of liquorice, vanilla, wood, and bourbon. Oh, and it clocks in at a solid 15% ABV. Dare to try it?
