Neptune’s remote and mysterious nature proved to be the perfect inspiration to end our 8-year anniversary celebration with a bang.

The base beer is thick and received a generous dose of additions. Liters of fresh maple syrup, kilos of pistachio nuts, and many more premium coffee beans were carefully prepared for this recipe. You should have smelled the brewery when we were working with these ingredients; divine!

This base beer rested for 12 months in Marsala fortified wine barrels from Sicily. Adding a beautiful layer of herbal and nutty flavors while embracing the sweet, spicy notes of the additions in our base beer.
