Mönchshof Märzen

A beer that has almost been forgotten is brought back to life: The “historic Märzen” is made with cold-fermenting yeast and stored for a particularly long and cold time at up to 1 ° C. The fine malt sweetness is balanced harmoniously by the soft note of the Hallertau aroma hops. In terms of colour, it corresponds to a ripe barley field - deep golden with a slight opal cloudiness, in keeping with its best season of enjoyment.
