Mills The Dickens

Mills' take on one of their favourite styles, the Belgian Golden Strong. An effervescent, heady, pale, dry, and lightly bitter beer that remains delicate, balanced, and alarmingly drinkable despite its considerable strength.

Pilsner malt and spelt. Large quantities of European hops. Cane sugar. Fermentation in our open coolship at warm ambient summer temperatures. Maturation in oak casks with wild yeast and bacteria until the winter.
