Mills Glass Pome

Glass Pome is a three-way beer, cider, perry hybrid. The beer portion is a blend of three spontaneously fermented pale beers made from malted barley, oats, wheat, and cane sugar.

The cider is a wonderful Yarlington Mill single variety from Tom Oliver. The perry, a blend of the truly incomparable traditional perry-pear varieties found in the West Country. Also from Tom. Why? Because of the taste.
