Manchester Union Oktober Festbier

This is our modern take on a classic Festbier. Oktober is a 6% malt-forward and bready golden lager with a rich body from the extended decoction mash. The aroma is light caramel and honey, backed up with lots of Saaz hops and an increased bitterness for maximum refreshment.
