Lost Pier Staring at the Stars

Our 5th and final instalment of the Staring At-series sees Sabro bring down the curtain on an amazing series of NEIPAs. Using Simcoe in the whirlpool, while allowing for careful use of the Sabro hops, we are blending 2:1 with Citra to balance out the strong lemon and coconut flavours. Mixed together, this gives harmonious notes of grapefruit, mango, lemon and creamy coconut. Twinkle, twinkle little Sabro, that you're a wonder all will know!
