Logsdon Farmhouse Straffe Drieling (2013 vintage)

A Belgian-style Triple or ‘Tripel’ ale brewed in the Flanders tradition. Pure pilsner malt with a touch of oats provides a slightly sweet malt profile balanced by a judicious amount of whole-cone Noble Hallertau hops. Our tripel is characterized by a complex yet mildly spicy character from the deft compliment of traditional spices.
