Little Earth Project Hedgerow Blend 2020

For this year's Hedgerow Blend, Little Earth used a barrel aged sour base rather than the saison used in previous years to give a more complex rounded flavour. They then balanced these richer flavours by adding more fruit than previous years as well as the usual wild hops. Wild damsons, plums, elderberries and blackberries give a really powerful fruit hit that gives such a tangy, jammy sweetness rounded off with a dry tannic finish.
