Organic Harvest Saison 2019 was split into 3 separate fresh barrels (red wine, white wine & whisky) and dry-hopped in the barrel with our own freshly picked organic hops. Aged for 6 months, each version has taken on slight barrel characteristics. This is the Whisky Edition.
