Lindheim The Apple People

"We picked our last Elstar and Aroma apples of the year with our friends at Maaemo. The Apples were stomped by foot in open-top barrels, blended with wort and left to ferment with our house yeast, Myrcia gale and Maaemo's sourdough. Matured in old Tuscan wine barrels for 11 months, bottled conditioned with fresh apple juice."
