L'Ermitage Table d'émeraude

This is a blend between a young saison fermented with our "house" yeast strain then dry hopped with Citra and Hallertau, then aged for two years in white wine barrels. The aromas are very vinous with notes of peaches, nectarines or even apricots which soften the dry and pintable finish.
