The Budike Weisse presents itself in the glass like a mysterious white wine, the carbon dioxide bubbles up fine. On the nose, the Weisse smells of French cider and apple cider, the first taste is reminiscent of grated Boskoop apples. Initially sweet, then subtly sour, the beer finally sounds harmonious and round. The second sip also reveals orange-citrus tones, melon, cucumber, dill and mustard seeds, making the beer a wonderfully complex taste experience that can finally be enjoyed again in the capital.
