Klosterbraü Braunbier

Kloster Bamberg has been brewing in this famous beer region for more than 480 years in the tradition of the Prince Bishop's Brown Beer House. This amber-coloured, malt-forward delicacy, the world-famous Bamberger brown beer, is brewed according to old monastery recipes. Strong caramel notes dominate, paired with roasted hazelnut and slightly fruity hop aromas. The full and full-body surprises with refreshing liveliness and a well-integrated hop bitterness, which leads to a pronounced finale with sweet toffee notes.
