Jumpin’ Juice Half Full Red

Silly, bright, delicious and incredibly juicy. A crunchy fruit salad bowl of fun. Natural processes as always with Patrick Sullivan and grown biodynamically. Early picked Shiraz, de-stemmed and held at 0c for a week, then pressed. 30% white grapes are then added back for tension.
