Farmhouse Ale brewed with Belgian candi sugar, coriander, black peppercorns, & truffle honey in collaboration with Brasserie Fantôme in Soy, Belgium. We first brewed Fantôme del Rey with the legendary brewer Dany Prignon on a trip to Belgium in 2014.
