Howling Hops Here I Am Baby (x Donzoko)

Here I Am Baby is a new collaboration brewed with Reece from Donzoko! We put together a light, crushable Belgian Pale Ale recipe that would showcase the Sacc Trois yeast strain. Sacc Trois gives the beer notes of pineapple, mango and banana, while firm bitterness and zippy carbonation round out this crisp, fruity pale.
