High Water Nyctophiliac 2015

A person with an attraction to darkness; finding relaxation or comfort in the darkness. Rich and malty Stout and Imperial Porter beers were blended and then soured for 24 months in used Bourbon barrels. Subtle notes of cocoa, licorice, dark cherry, black raisins and vanilla contribute a velvety softness with hints of earthiness and leather. A beautiful rounded and complex array of flavors with a lightly tart finish. Don’t be afraid of the dark…embrace it.
