Harbour Wild Apple Ale

Our very first bottled beer from the new Hinterland Brewery. A 5.7% Wild Apple Ale brewed in collaboration with Arizona Wilderness. Spontaneously fermented with yeast from wild apples hand-picked on the farm. The microflora found on the apple skin cause a natural fermentation. Fermented and aged in a fresh oak vat for 6 months. Only 500 bottles available all individually numbered.
