Flügge Pitt & Rubi

Pitt & Rubi is a hybrid of beer (sour beer according to the Berliner Weisse Art) and wine by Daniel Mattern (an orange from the winning vine), fermented together with a Belgian seasonal yeast and Brettanomyces and stored on apricot puree.
