Durham Redemption

This original beer follows in the tradition of strong Belgian beers, having their roots in Trappist practice.  An intriguing combination of malts, including melanoidin and Munich malts produces big fruitcake flavours. A Belgian yeast has given a highly attenuated beer with flavours of dried fruits and sherry.
