A Belgian inspired pale ale, dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. We used local Buckwheat, Spelt and pilsner malt, fermenting with a blend of Beaujolais wine yeast and Saison yeast. its crisp, bitter, and full of the vinous white wine flavours associated with Nelson Sauvin. Perfect for kicking back after a days graft.
